3. User Accounts

To access certain offerings, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us of any unauthorized use.

4. Refund Policy

Talvion maintains separate rules for different types of offerings. Please review the section that applies to your purchase.

4.1 Services (Live or Scheduled Courses)

If you request a refund at least 7 days before the session start date, you are eligible for a full refund. You may alternatively choose to reschedule a session subject to availability. Requests made fewer than 7 days before the session are not eligible for a refund due to planning and instructor commitments.

Refunds are issued to the original method used at purchase within 10 business days of approval.

4.2 Digital Products (Downloadable Materials)

All sales of digital content are final once access or download is completed. Because content is delivered immediately, we cannot offer returns or refunds after delivery. If you experience technical issues, please contact us for replacement files or credits toward other materials.

4.3 Physical Goods

Physical materials purchased may be returned unused, in original condition, within 14 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error by Talvion. After inspection, we will issue a credit to the original method used at purchase or offer an platform.
